Infrastructure for the agent-first company: the identity, authority, direction, accounting, and record that turn capable agents into a workforce.
I · The thesis
Code, copy, analysis, design. What took a trained person a week now takes a prompt and an afternoon. The labs are making that better every month, and competing with them on capability is not a strategy.
It is the apparatus around the work. Who did it, what they were allowed to do, what it cost, and what happened. For people, that apparatus took a century to build. For agents, none of it exists.
The most capable workforce ever created can only be operated, one session at a time, by a person watching a terminal. Closing that gap is the whole job.
II · The loop
One closed loop, no loose end. Work enters, an agent with a name and a mandate executes it, a human is reached when judgment is needed, the cost is counted, the outcome is recorded. Every product I build answers one station on it. The loop is what I install inside companies.
An agent has to be someone. A name, a role, an owner, a signature on its work.
What it may do alone, what needs approval, what is forbidden. Written down, not assumed.
Work arrives in a form it can execute, in priority order, and a human is reachable when it needs one.
Labor has a price per unit and a failure rate. A company that cannot see it cannot price its work.
What was done, by whom, under what authority, at what cost. In an agent company this is the asset.

IV · Experiments
Built with GPT-6, mostly over a weekend, mostly to find out whether the thing in my head was possible. All of them are open on GitHub.

GitHub as a living 3D world. Every organization a city, every repository a neighborhood.
A four-layer loop instrument you can play in the browser. Record with your mic, nothing uploaded.

VII · Work with me
I take a few engagements a year, from a consulting sprint to a full build. Fixed scope, written success criteria, an executive sponsor on your side. You own what gets built and you leave able to run it without me.
